Maverick Volleyball Launches New Learn to Referee Program – Starting Fall 2025

Maverick Volleyball is excited to introduce its Learn to Referee (LTR) Program for athletes aged 16-18. This 12-week pilot program, beginning September 26, 2025, will train and certify 16 participants as Ontario Volleyball Association (OVA) Local Officials, with continued mentorship through May 2026.…

Although the club was started in 1985, no formal corporate structures were established until 2008 where two corporations were formed – one to manage competitive traveling teams as a not-for-profit (NFP) organization, and a second for-profit organization to manage learn-to-play programs along with camps and clinics.…
