Passion is everything in this sport. No matter what level an individual is at, if they have passion for volleyball, they will achieve whatever heights they dream. I like to see players touch as many balls as they can in their development years, and by doing this, they can see the improvements in their skills with every practice or game. Conditioning is what separates good from great players. I always want to have the best conditioned team on the court for every game.
