The Maverick Volleyball Club provides a wonderful opportunity for girls and boys aged 14-18.

• No tryouts, however we accept a limited number of participants
• Skill development drills followed by game play sessions
• Equal playing time
• Maverick Volleyball t-shirt
• If possible, friends can play on the same team!
• Excellent opportunity to complement or prepare for your school season!

Practice & Play – The Practice & Play program is a weekly program that is fully focused on learning and developing technical and tactical concepts in volleyball designed for kids aged 14-17 with limited to no volleyball experience. The program mainly focuses on gameplay style drills that help athletes learn and develop technical skills, understand tactical concepts in volleyball and foster enjoyment in the sport.

Feedback and instruction will be based on the drills and the curriculum is based on expert knowledge in volleyball and learning theories.

All times and Program updates will be confirmed around 1-week prior to the start of your Program. Anyone who registers less than a week before the start of their program please email info@Gomaverick.ca to ensure you receive your update.

GAME ON! (ages 15-18) The Game On! program is a weekly program that is fully focused

on gameplay designed for high school athletes with volleyball experience that want to play a league style game once a week. This program does not contain any drills but each week, coaches will explain and demonstrate a tactical concept which will be implemented in the games. Feedback and instruction will be

provided based on the gameplay by the coaches. Athletes will play in random teams each week, and games will be officiated by the coaches.

Beach VB Practice & Play – Grab a partner and come play in the beach league or join on your own and we'll match you up. Ladder-style competition gets athletes playing at the right level, so it's fun and competitive!

Sunday afternoons/evenings at the Bell Sensplex and Shefford Beach Courts

June - Aug Registration for Summer 2024 Opening in early 2024
