The Competitive Training Centre is a new 12-week program that started in October 2022 and aims to provide a high quality experience that fills the gap between the recreational programs and the high performance training centres – or for those who missed the September tryouts but don't want to wait until next September to start playing serious volleyball.

The CTC provides more intense training and includes two sessions a week, weekly squad-on-squad gameplay, a local area tournament, team building activity as well as introduction into strength and mental training by professionals. Each 12-week program is divided into two phases. During the first four weeks (the ‘pre-season’), athletes practice twice a week under the supervision of an experienced master coach. After that, teams practice once a week and compete against each other once a week.

In early January, new players can be assessed for addition to the winter/spring CTC which starts near the end of January.
